Fully accredited and certified
Yes. All installations are designed and commissioned to meet HTM 03-01 (the NHS specialised ventilation standard) where applicable, including airflow rates, filtration grades and pressure differentials for clinical spaces. We provide full commissioning documentation, validation reports and as-built drawings on completion.
Yes. We work in live clinical settings regularly and plan installations around theatre lists, surgery schedules and patient-facing areas. Out-of-hours, weekend and phased installations are standard. Infection control protocols, dust containment and noise management are factored into every project plan from the survey stage.
A specialist engineer carries out a free site survey to calculate heat load, room volume, air change requirements and equipment tolerances. Sizing depends on facility type (waiting room vs. imaging suite vs. theatre), occupancy patterns, equipment heat output and any clinical compliance requirements. We'll specify the correct system rather than oversize for safety margin.
We're approved installers for Mitsubishi Electric, Daikin, Panasonic, Fujitsu and LG. System choice depends on your facility's requirements — including spatial constraints, control system integration, energy efficiency targets and serviceability over a 10–15 year lifespan.
Most healthcare installations run 4–8 weeks from survey to commissioning, depending on system complexity, planning requirements and facility access. Standalone GP and dental installations are typically faster; multi-room hospital projects with phased commissioning take longer. We confirm a delivery programme at quotation stage.
F-Gas regulations require leak checks every 6 to 12 months depending on refrigerant charge, and we recommend full preventative servicing every 6 months for clinical environments to maintain filtration integrity and equipment performance. All servicing is delivered by F-Gas and REFCOM certified engineers with full documentation.
